Here on the South Coast, we're lucky to have a wealth of produce on our doorstep and aspire to buy the highest quality, together with as much locally sourced fish, meat, fruit and veg in order to make, quite simply, delicious fresh food.
Our aim is for the produce to get from the gate to the plate as quickly and as efficiently as possible so our chefs can create great dishes as you like it. As a result, our Lunch and Dinner Menu's are small and change daily.Take the Tour

Everything that is served in Samphire is made in Samphire, from our delicious crusty bread to our scrumptious puddings and we take pride in every thing that leaves our kitchen.
Since being voted into The Good Food Guide 2016 and staying in the guide for the last 5 years we are working harder than ever to make sure every dish follows our ethos: Simple, honest and fresh food that is totally delicious!
We work hard to source and cook as local as possible. Everything on our menu come from a sustainable source and we make sure that we stock from happy farmers! Our veg is from local greengrocers Munneries, our fish from Bobs Hut down the road and Jordans in Bognor Regis and our Meat is from A S Wallace in East Wittering.
